Board of Directors

The AMI MDM Working Group Board of Directors is an independent entity responsible for stewardship of the AMI MDM Working Group.  The primary functions of the Board of Directors are to:

  • Provide the core governance structure for the AMI MDM Working Group
  • Advocate AMI MDM technology, business and regulatory issues in the utility industry
  • Ensure the financial stability of the AMI MDM Working Group

Following is a listing of the members of the Board of Directors of the AMI MDM Working Group:

Board of Directors

Patti Harper-Slaboszewicz

Ms. Harper-Slaboszewicz provides business case development, market research, strategic planning and consulting in the areas of AMR, Demand Response, and AMR Data Management as part of the UtiliPoint International’s Utility and Energy Technology practice. Ms. Harper-Slaboszewicz wrote the UtiliPoint AMR Report providing benchmark information on the business case for AMR, future rate plans of electric utilities, and AMR data management. Ms. Harper-Slaboszewicz formerly was a member of the Frost and Sullivan energy consulting group, and also worked at Utility.com, a competitive energy service provider, and at PG&E, a large electric and gas utility in California. She holds a B.A. in mathematics and an M.A. in economics from the University of California Berkeley.

Larry Gill

Mr. Gill is responsible for achieving superior project management for both the AMI-MDM and UtiliPoint CIS practices while providing periodic sales and business support.  Mr. Gill has over twenty years of energy and utility industry experience.  His primary focus has been in design, development and support of CIS Billing and Metering systems in both regulated and de-regulated markets. His previous work history includes experience at Alliance Data, American Electric Power, Central and South West Services, Public Service Company of Oklahoma, and CONOCO/DuPont. Mr. Gill holds a B.S. in Management Science and Computer Systems and a M.B.A. with an emphasis in system design from Oklahoma State University.
